Mos Tab Pro is a recurring subscription sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and then ends.
To cancel, use the management link in your Paddle receipt/subscription emails, or contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help.
Deleting your account in the app (Settings → Account) also cancels any active subscription immediately, so you won’t be billed again.
2. Refunds
Mos Tab is free to try before you subscribe, so you can make sure Pro is right for you.
Subscriptions are billed for a full term (month or year) in advance, and we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a term after it has started.
If Mos Tab Pro doesn’t work as described and we can’t resolve the problem, contact us and we’ll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.
This policy does not override your statutory rights. Where consumer-protection law (for example, EU/UK cooling-off rights) requires a refund, that right applies and is honoured through Paddle.
3. Billing problems
If you were charged in error, charged an incorrect amount, or believe there is a billing mistake, contact [email protected] (or Paddle via the contact details on your receipt) and we will review it promptly.
4. Downgrade to Free
When a subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Pro-only features (such as cloud sync and public sharing) stop, and any public share links are disabled. Your local dashboard on your device is unaffected; synced cloud data may be retained for up to 90 days before removal (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Contact
Email [email protected] for anything about billing, cancellation, or refunds.
