This document is provided in several languages for convenience. If there is any discrepancy between versions, the English version prevails.
These Terms govern your use of Mos Tab (the “Service”), a browser extension and related website operated by us. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mos Tab replaces your browser’s new tab with an organizable dashboard. The core app is local-first and free. Optional paid (“Pro”) features include cloud sync across devices, additional widgets, unlimited saved tabs, and public space sharing.
You keep all rights to the content you create and store in Mos Tab. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and (for spaces you choose to share) publicly display that content in order to operate the Service.
The Service, including its software, branding and design, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Because Mos Tab is local-first, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
